ISSUP India Chapter has effectively conducted a "Three-Day Training Program on Drug Abuse Prevention & Treatment for Targeted Intervention Functionaries" at the SPYM Centre in New Delhi from August 31st to September 2nd, 2023.

آئی ایس ایس یو پی انڈیا چیپٹر نے ایس سی ای آر ٹی، جموں میں 22 سے 24 جون 2023 تک نوچتنا ماڈیول پر ماسٹر ٹرینرز کے لئے تین روزہ تربیتی پروگرام کا مؤثر طریقے سے انعقاد کیا ہے۔ اس تربیت کا بنیادی مقصد آگاہی میں اضافہ کرنا اور اسکولوں میں طالب علموں کو زندگی کی مہارتوں اور منشیات کے بارے میں تعلیم فراہم کرنا تھا۔

ISSUP India Chapter has effectively organized a three-day training program for Master trainers on the NAVCHETNA Module. The primary objective of this training was to enhance awareness and deliver education on life skills and drugs to students in schools.

ISSUP India in collaboration with the Ministry of Education (MoE), and the Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment (MSJE) of the Government of India developed a teacher trainer resource module called "NAVCHETNA: A new Consciousness on Life Skills and Drug Education for School Children."

The NAVCHETNA Module was officially launched on July 30th, 2022, in Chandigarh, by the Hon'ble Union Home Minister, Shri. Amit Shah.

A colloquium on “Responding to the Nexus between Adverse Childhood Experiences and Drug Use” was held on April 15, 2023 in New Delhi, attended by 40+ participants.

A Regional Judicial Colloquium on PoCSO Act, Juvenile Justice and drug Abuse Among Children is being organized under the auspices of the Committee constituted to regulate and monitor the progress of the PoCSO Act and the Juvenile Justice Committee of the High Court on the 25th and 26th of February 2023 at hotel Kochi Marriott, Ernakulam, Kerala.

The Eighth National Conference of the Federation of Indian Non-Governmental Organizations for Drug Abuse Prevention (FINGODAP), in collaboration with 28th World Federation of Therapeutic Communities (WFTC) with the support of Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment, Govt. of India was conducted from 2nd – 4th December 2022.

Conference was held at Dr. Ambedkar International Centre, Janpath, New Delhi

In 2005, the Honourable High Court of Delhi made a judgement, resulting in the formation of the Juvenile Justice Committee (JJC) to address juvenile justice in regard to substance use. In 2010, the JJC of the Delhi High Court approached the Society for Promotion of Youth and Masses (SPYM) to open the first and only juvenile de-addiction centre in India
