International Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking - June 26, 2024
On June 26, 2024, ISSUP India commemorated the International Day Against Drug Abuse by organizing a series of impactful awareness programs and rallies across India. This significant day, dedicated to raising awareness about the global problem of drug abuse and promoting a drug-free society, witnessed enthusiastic participation from communities, individuals, and organizations nationwide.
"NAVCHETNA: Una nuova coscienza sulle abilità di vita e sull'educazione alla droga per i bambini in età scolare"
Dal 19 al 21 giugno 2024, a Calcutta, nel Bengala Occidentale, l'ISSUP India Chapter ha condotto con successo un programma di formazione di due giorni per Master Trainer sul modulo NAVCHETNA. Il programma mirava a migliorare la consapevolezza e l'educazione sulle abilità di vita e sulla prevenzione della droga per gli studenti delle scuole. Hanno partecipato circa 10 ONG, formando oltre 30 insegnanti, consulenti, assistenti sociali e responsabili di programma.

Visit to ISSUP India by USA professional delegation led by the President of NAADAC
On 01st May 2024, a professional delegation of thirteen Led by Angela E Maxwell, President of National Association for Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counselors (NAADAC) paid a visit to ISSUP India's - De-Addiction cum Rehabilitation Center. This specialized facility, strategically located at Kotla Mubarakpur, uniquely caters to the needs of the homeless population.
Five Days Orientation Program on Universal Treatment Curriculum (UTC)
ISSUP India has recently concluded a comprehensive five-day orientation program on the Universal Treatment Curriculum (UTC) from April 2nd to April 6th, 2024, at SPYM Centre, Vasant Kunj, New Delhi. Following the in-person sessions, participants will seamlessly transition to continue the course online.
