Officially stepping onto the stage as an ISSUP National Chapter,
ISSUP Turkiye operates as a non-profit NGO with the mission of fostering a collaborative substance use workforce network It is composed of a multi-faceted cadre of professionals who bring rich, cross-sector experience to the table, particularly in clinical practice. This spans everything from policy drafting to real-world application, as well as training and scholarly research.
The National Chapter aims to be a catalyst for impactful research, encouraging a cooperative approach in research processes that involve both field experts and practitioners. This dovetails with their agenda of providing comprehensive training and facilitating knowledge exchanges to augment professional capabilities.
