Hybrid effectiveness-implementation trial designs have become increasingly prevalent in implementation research. In order to endorse the evidence-based practices in the field of addiction treatment in Pakistan, ITRAMIC Foundation Lahore organized virtual training for treatment staff and professionals from 22nd to 29th October 2021, in collaboration with the Ministry of Interior and Narcotics Control of Pakistan. The training was imparted on the following curriculum:

On January 2021, the World Health Organization Eastern Mediterranean Regional Office (WHO-EMRO) reported 5,566,708 confirmed cases with 131,886 fatalities to date. The Annual Meeting will be held on March 2-5 2022, and is currently scheduled to take place at the Edinburgh International Conference Center in Edinburgh, Scotland.  

The SRNT 2022 Annual Meeting may be a hybrid (part in person, part virtual) or entirely virtual, depending on how things play out in the coming months.
