مقدمه

غربالگری الکل، مشاوره کوتاه و ارجاع به درمان (SBIRT) در مراقبت های بهداشتی اولیه یک استراتژی موثر برای کاهش مصرف الکل در سطح جمعیت است. با این حال، شواهد نسبتا کمیاب در مورد بازده اقتصادی آن در کشورهای غیر با درآمد بالا وجود دارد. هدف مقاله حاضر ارزیابی برنامه SBIRT در تنظیمات اولیه مراقبت های بهداشتی مکزیک است.
