certificate issue

Hello everyone, I hope your learning is going well. I have successfully completed UTC 1 with a satisfactory grade and have submitted the certificate request form via HealtheKnowledge.org. However, I am experiencing difficulty receiving my certificate. I attempted to contact cpdaponlinelearninghub [at] colombo-plan [dot] org, but my email could not be delivered. Could someone please assist me with this matter? Thank you very much.
