Key responsibilities:
VP- Programs, National Chapter Director, and other Chapter Coordinators to set chapter department goals as a part of YPR’s overall strategic plan.
Collaborate with other Chapter Coordinators and other Executive staff to:
- Oversee chapter systems and compliance thresholds to ensure they are effective in maximizing efficiency and productivity across the chapter department
- Support existing chapters to execute regular schedule of events and meet threshold requirements.
- Oversee execution of YPR's advocacy objectives and activities through all chapter leaders' local advocacy efforts.
- Act as head of the Chapters Department and always ensure departmental and administrative excellence
- Edit existing, create new, and/or eliminate archaic chapter systems and compliance thresholds to maximize efficiency and productivity across the chapter department.
- Supervise the execution of all leadership conferences, including YPR’s National Leadership Conferences, by providing logistical support to the business operations department and programming development for the conference participants
- Supervise chapter coordinators
Required qualifications:
- Understanding of substance use prevention and recovery
- Positive and supportive attitude toward all pathways of recovery
- Sensitivity and awareness of the unique needs and stigmas associated with underserved populations
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
