One Time Trapping

Rafi Khawar - 5 January 2023
  • *One Time *Trapping* ..
    (Rafi khawar)
    Pakistan
"Just once.i will never use next ".
This is the main thing in Relapsing...when craving starts inner dialogue within mind.and our defence mechanism plays its game with us.
That is the zero point of Relapse Road.
Cravings come when we allow them otherwise we enjoy our safety.
Here is a Question to challenge this trapping thought..
What will i get having once????
Can i touch the bare electric wire once?????
Can i make a jump  from a mountain once???
    What is ONCE????
    Can i define this WORD????
How many ,,ONCE,,i have tried before??

Without getting skill how to manage cravings, we can go back to our previous life drug patterns.
Lets have an exercise to minimise the intensity of craving.after three attempts...
