Sheffield Hallam University and Phoenix Futures will jointly present a half-day workshop presenting the evidence for residential treatment and the implications for supporting long-term, sustainable recovery.
The First Recovery Conference was held from 16-18 December 2016 at Parjatan Motel and Youth Inn in Kuakata, Bangladesh. The event was organized by SANJOG ( A Network for Drug Treatment and Rehabilitation Centers in Bangladesh). More than 300 people (recovered people, family members of the recovered, drug treatment and rehabilitation centers authorities and SANJOG Executive Committee Members) participated in the Recovery Conference.
Issues of Substance (IOS) is Canada’s only national conference that brings together addiction workers, healthcare professionals, researchers, policy makers and knowledge brokers from across the country.
The Recovery in the Community Conference is looking at what happens beyond recovery - past the treatment, the structured groups, the wellbeing activities, the building of recovery networks.
