The European Union Drugs Agency (EUDA) is the leading authority on illicit drugs in Europe. Based in Lisbon, Portugal, the EUDA provides independent scientific evidence and analysis on all aspects of this constantly changing threat to individual lives and wider society. The EUDA contributes to EU and national policies to protect Europe's citizens from drug-related harms. It is an agency of the European Union.

The 2nd European Conference on Addictive Behaviours and Dependencies is a multidisciplinary conference that provides a forum for networking across the addictions.
The conference is organised around three themes:
The 2017 'Summer School on Illicit Drugs Europe' will take place from 26 June to 7 July 2017. The summer school will focus on the drugs problem in Europe and beyond involving scientific experts from the EMCDDA and guest lecturers from European universities.
