Funding for Travel

Is financial assistance available for participants whose abstracts are accepted for the Indonesia 2025?

Unfortunately not. Speakers must cover their expenses for their participation.

Are there any scholarship opportunities available?

Only the self-pay option is available.

Is travel funding provided for participants selected for the training?

Sadly, only the self-pay option is available.

How can I attend on a self-pay basis?

Please make sure you register for the event and visit our Indonesia 2025 Page.
The cost of the event is:

Rp 2,525,000 (USD estimate $155) – 17th to 19th September – conference & networking*

Rp 3,005,000 (USD estimate $185) – 16th to 19th September – conference, networking and one day workshop

VISA information and Accommodation

Can ISSUP help me with the process of obtaining a VISA to participate in the event?

ISSUP is not responsible for any process to obtain a VISA to participate in the event. Find more information on the Visa and Confirmation Letter Page.

How can I have an official confirmation letter for personal arrangements?

If you require an official confirmation letter for personal arrangements, please log in to your ISSUP account and go to ‘My ISSUP’, where you will find a ‘Download ISSUP Thessaloniki 2024 confirmation letter’ link in the ‘My Membership’ section.

Event Fees, Registration and Cancellation

How much does it cost to participate in the Indonesia 2025?

The cost of the event is:

Rp 2,525,000 (USD estimate $155) – 17th to 19th September – conference & networking*

Rp 3,005,000 (USD estimate $185) – 16th to 19th September – conference, networking and one day workshop

*Please note that the registration fee includes a Rp 75,000 (USD estimate $5) processing fee.

How are the payments processed?

All payments will be processed through our official payment partner, Karitas Sani Madani, via their Xendit Payment Gateway.

After registering you will be contacted for payment by ISSUP Indonesia by email or WhatsApp. Your registration is not confirmed until payment is complete. Once payment has been received, your participation will be confirmed via email and an invitation letter added to your My ISSUP dashboard.

I am having issues with my payment process. What should I do?  

If you are having issues like expired links, card problems with Xendit, or delays in confirming bank transfers, please don’t register again. Just send us an email at indonesia2025 [at] issup [dot] net with a quick explanation of the issue, and we’ll sort it out for you.

Do I have to be a Member of ISSUP to attend the event?

Yes, you have to be a member of ISSUP to attend the meeting. If you are not already a member, you will automatically join when you register for the event.

How can I cancel my participation in the event or training?

If your plans change and you want to cancel your registration, please indonesia2025 [at] issup [dot] net (indonesia2025[at]issup[dot]net). Please note that the payments are non-refundable.

Programme Information

When does the Indonesia 2025 start and end?

Most workshops and training sessions start on Monday, the 15th of September and end on the 18th of September. The Indonesia 2025 Plenary Sessions are from Wednesday, the 17th of June to the 18th of September.

In what language is the event presented?

The official language at the plenary sessions and the workshops, is English.
In some of the trainings , there will be translation to Bahasa.

What does the weather look like in Bali in September?

Come for abundant sunshine!

Bali’s tropical climate calls for thoughtful preparation to ensure a comfortable visit. During the dry season, from April to October, the warm temperatures  make it essential to bring sunblock to protect your skin as well as lightweight, breathable clothing and a hat. The temperature average in September is 29°C.
